3. Course Enrollment and Fees

• All course fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the program unless otherwise stated.
• Fees are non-refundable unless a specific refund policy applies to the course (see section 6).
• White Scholars reserves the right to change course prices, schedules, and content without prior notice. However, changes will not apply to students who have already enrolled and paid.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided in our training programs, including but not limited to course materials, videos, presentations, and documents, are the exclusive property of White Scholars or its partners. These materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit permission.

5. User Conduct

As a participant in our programs, you agree to:

• Use our services for lawful purposes only.
• Not engage in any behavior that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair our website or services.
• Not disrupt or interfere with other participants, trainers, or staff members.
• Provide accurate information during registration and maintain its accuracy throughout your use of the services.
• Adhere to our attendance, participation, and assessment requirements for courses, as communicated by the instructors.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Refunds: We provide a full refund if the course is canceled by White Scholars for any reason. If you decide to withdraw from a course, refunds will only be provided if the withdrawal occurs prior to the start date. No refunds will be provided once the course has commenced.
• Cancellation: White Scholars reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, such as low enrollment or trainer unavailability. In such cases, students will be offered an alternative schedule or a full refund.

7. Certification

Upon successful completion of the course, including the fulfillment of all assessment requirements, you will be issued a Certificate of Completion. White Scholars reserves the right to withhold certification if students fail to meet attendance, assignment, or assessment requirements.

8. Internship and Placement

• We offer guaranteed internships to eligible students, as detailed in specific course descriptions. However, securing permanent employment is not guaranteed, and success depends on the student’s performance, skills, and the hiring company’s requirements.
• White Scholars will provide placement support but does not guarantee job placement post-course completion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, White Scholars and its staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data
• Loss of income or business opportunities
• Any disruption caused by website or service unavailability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the course in question.

10. Modification of Terms

White Scholars reserves the right to change, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
